Biography

Gary Britton has practiced as a labor law and family law attorney for over 35 years.

In the realm of family law, he has handled between 700 and 1,000 divorce and custody cases in Western Michigan and Oakland County He has handled complex international litigation under The Hague Convention and parental kidnapping and conflicts of law issues, and has dealt with divorces in all financial spectrums, with marital estates ranging from minimal to tens of millions of dollars in value.

As a labor attorney, he has been providing services to over 17 Michigan school districts, Muskegon Community College and other public sector and private sector clients
