Olivia Lanctot is an associate attorney specializing in business & real estate law at Smith Haughey focusing on private client services.

Olivia recently earned her Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where she was the winner of the prestigious Cooley’s Moot Court competition.

Prior to joining SHRR, she gained experience in estate planning and conducting legal research for business and bankruptcy matters at the Cooley Law School Elder Law Clinic and CBH Attorneys. Before starting her law career, she worked for an economic development organization supporting West Michigan companies through retention and expansion efforts.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Olivia is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new destinations. She and her fiancé share a love for the lake and spending quality time with their two beloved dogs.
