Nicole Moser is a paralegal in the firm’s Grand Rapids office where she assists attorneys in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death. In this position, she prepares pleadings, performs expert and medical research, and investigates opposing parties. In addition, she identifies, obtains, reviews, and summarizes medical records, depositions, and additional documents.
Her experience includes assisting with trial preparation, retaining experts, identifying and interviewing key witnesses, and preparing and responding to discovery requests. She also accompanies attorneys to trial to present electronic evidence to the jury and court, create demonstrative trial exhibits, and interact with the court staff.
Nicole is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Paralegal/Legal Assistant Section, NALS of West Michigan, and the Grand Rapids Bar Association – Legal Assistant Section. She is a graduate of Grand Valley State University and has a degree in legal studies.
