Victoria (Torie) Lynn is an associate attorney with Smith Haughey’s litigation group. She gained legal experience as a law clerk, writing and filing complaints, motions, appearances, discovery requests, and responses according to various jurisdictional requirements.

In addition, Torie has co-chaired a contracts trial, handled pre-trial preparations, conducted depositions and legal research, and compiled exhibits. She will use these skills in a broad range of civil litigation cases at Smith Haughey.

Torie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.

She also interned for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office and worked as a student lawyer at Detroit Mercy Law’s Criminal Trial Clinic.
