Benchmark Litigation Names Charissa Huang to 2023 40 & Under List

For the fifth year in a row, Benchmark Litigation has named Charissa Huang to its 40 & Under List – US Edition. The 2023 list recognizes the nation’s most notable law partners who stand out in their practices and are under the age of 40.

The 40 & Under list is divided into four geographic regions. The 2023 Midwest group includes 76 litigators, six of whom practice in Michigan. Huang was recognized for her work in labor and employment, product liability, and commercial litigation.  

Huang is a shareholder at Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge and has been with the firm since 2011. She specializes in representing plaintiffs pursuing claims related to employment law, school law, personal injury, and wrongful death. Her successes include, but aren’t limited to, representing individuals filing claims against their employers, victims of civil rights violations, and businesses facing class action suits.
