Over the last few weeks, I have been receiving calls from employers asking about preparing a communication or a resource for employees that received their W-2s but, due to IRS’s ACA reporting extension, haven’t yet received their 1095-B and/or 1095-C. The IRS has published a very helpful website that assists employees with these types of questions, which can be accessed here. I encourage employers that receive these types of questions from employees to point them to this webpage.
