A team of Smith Haughey attorneys and paralegals, led by Tom McCarthy and Jack Oostema, recently successfully defended a major international law firm in a multi-year litigation and arbitration proceeding that involved a dispute over a former partner’s ownership interest in the firm and a large damage claim. The arbitration panel ruled in our client’s favor, awarding no damages.
