Attorney Mike Doversberger Named to Holland Museum Board of Directors

January 23, 2019

Smith Haughey attorney Mike Doversberger has been named to the Holland Museum's Board of Directors.

Mike, who practices in the firm's Holland office, will also serve on the museum's collections committee, which reviews and accepts new items of history and significance.

"I think having passion and pride for where you live is good for the community, and good for business," said Doversberger. "A local history museum is a great way to highlight this passion, provide information about prior challenges and successes, and foster a strong culture of philanthropy and volunteerism."

Mike practices in the areas of business, real estate, intellectual property, franchise, and employment law. Before joining Smith Haughey, Mike began his legal practice in Mishawaka, Indiana and Dowagiac, Michigan. He has represented both individuals and publicly traded corporations, has drafted and negotiated numerous types of agreements, and has acted as counsel to employers on human resource needs and strategies. He also has experience litigating commercial disputes, contracts, and employment claims.
