Associate Attorney - Litigator
Smith Haughey Rice and Roegge, home to one of West Michigan’s most successful litigation departments, seeks a senior Associate Attorney to join the team in our Grand Rapids, MI office. The ideal candidate has 4 to 6 years of meaningful litigation experience—i.e., helping to formulate and implement litigation strategy, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing substantive motions. Law review, moot court, judicial clerkship, and familiarity with appellate practice preferred, but not required.
