Legal Office Coordinator - Full Time - Holland Office

 

This position is responsible for attorney support activities at our Holland branch including office operations, legal secretary support, front desk reception, facilities and equipment maintenance, and supply ordering. Successful candidates will be highly organized with demonstrated ability to communicate in a professional, courteous and service-oriented manner. At least two years of experience as a legal secretary, office manager, or similar position is required. Business and Real Estate Attorney

 

Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge is seeking a business and real estate attorney for its Holland office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and/or commercial real estate transactions, and be licensed (or willing and able to become licensed) and in good standing to practice law in the state of Michigan. This is an opportunity to build a career and grow with the vibrant west Michigan business community.
