Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney

 

The Grand Rapids office of Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge seeks an attorney for its medical malpractice defense litigation team. The firm seeks a 1-3 year associate. Candidates must have litigation experience, motion and deposition experience, and excellent writing and research skills. Medical malpractice experience and/or medical background strongly preferred, but not required.

Family Law Legal Secretary/Paralegal


The Grand Rapids office of Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced legal secretary/paralegal to provide administrative support to a family law attorney, with overflow support to other attorneys and paralegals. This individuals will provide a variety of administrative duties including scheduling and diary of important dates, preparing legal documents, correspondence, and electronic filing.
