Paralegal – Medical Malpractice Defense – Full-Time
The busy Medical Malpractice department in the Grand Rapids office is hiring an additional paralegal for their practice group. This position is located onsite and will join six other paralegals in researching law, investigating facts, summarizing medical records and assisting attorneys in trial preparation. Two years of paralegal experience is required. Two years working with medical terminology is preferred. Paralegal certification is preferred. Legal Secretary – Workers’ Compensation and Litigation Defense – Full-Time
The Grand Rapids office is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and experienced legal assistant to provide administrative support to our attorneys and paralegals. This is a full-time position assigned to support attorneys in our Workers' Compensation and Litigation defense departments. This person will provide a variety of administrative duties including scheduling and diary of important dates, summarizing depositions, preparing legal documents, correspondence and electronic filing. Flexibility and a willingness to help is required. Experience with Total Office is preferred.
