Human Resources Director

Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge seeks a Human Resources Director for its Grand Rapids office. This position leads the human resources function for the entire firm and functions as office manager for the Grand Rapids office. The candidate will be responsible for employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, talent acquisition, performance management, legal compliance, and HRIS administration, as well as oversight of office staffing and facilities management. A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is required, and human resources certification is preferred. The candidate should have at least 7 years of human resources experience, ideally in a professional services environment. Supervisory experience would be beneficial.
